I'm planning to apply visitors visa for my mom this year not super visa though. Although I'm confused is the paperwork for both the TRV and super visa same?. I guess she'd have to do the medical to get a super visa. She's not planning on getting her medical done. I'm wondering if I am applying only for TRV should I still get her a private health insurance and a flight ticket prior to filing?. Has anyone had any luck with private health insurance policies in Alberta that offers partial refund if her premium hasn't been used during her stay?.
