Hello there!
I was wondering if it is possible for my husband to visit Canada with me (not to immigrate) for a month, if I am a Canadian Citizen and he is not and we were married and lived outside Canada? He has not been to Canada before. Would he need to apply for a Visitor's Visa or is he obligated to follow the immigration procedure and I to sponsor him...?
What if he has tried to apply for a visitor's visa before we were married, when he wanted to visit me in Canada, and visa was refused to him, twice!
I know it is hard to convince Immigration Canada when you just want to visit a country as a tourist to see you girlfriend/wife and NOT to immigrate. What is the best way to do it, he really wants to see Canada! We want to travel together.
Thanks!
Best regards.
