Visitors visa -Applied online - from Nigeria

Hi,

Please i sent my application for a visitors visa renewal since Sept 11 and haven't gotten any response yet. Its beyond the processing time which take 33 days.
Please anyone with the same timeline received a response yet? Is online application slower to process than paper?
