I applied for super visa for my mother in law .She went medical .We got letter from cic for remedical.Again she went for remedial test for tb.So she has had sputum culture test.For this kind of test often results may take approx 2 months. Unfortunately the day we came to the medical test ,I got an e-mail for refusal from cic.Refusal letter says because candidate couldn't provide requirements before 1 month,so there are refusing.
Please help what to do next.Cic doesn't know about medical test,they cannot wait,simply illiterate peoples sitting on chairs in cic office and making money
