I would like to ask one thing my friend applied for CANADA temporary residence visit visa 27 January 2020
Today he got email from Canda home Office that your information is valid untill 2030 and please keep this letter for future referenc
Important: they also mention this letter does not allow you to enter or remain in Canada.
Can you guys tell me the meaning of this email
Is it positive sign for getting visa?

Did you friend give biometrics before receiving this letter? This letter might just confirm the acknowledgement of biometrics and biometrics valid for 10 years (meaning you dont need to give biometrics if you need to apply for visitor visa again). It is not positive sign nor bad sign of visa approval. It just means its in process and I believe your friend will get a result soon
