I have a question for example my parents are in canada visiting for 4 years now and they have no more visa they are willing to stay as immigrant or humanitarian... Am I going to be banned and my husband for bringing them here it was me and not him?

I am permanent resident and he is citizens of Canada and they are my parents and it was me filling the papers for them nothing to do with him.. And now I am worried what will happen if they don't return back home...is he going to be in blacklist as well?

What do you mean they are willing to apply for a H&C? They will have to chose if they are willing to take the huge risk of applying. They are a couple so would not be alone in their home country. They may have even more family in Canada. If they get refused they will have difficulty ever visiting Canada again. Their H&C application could have an affect on other family members visiting you. There will be concerns that they will not leave either. You haven’t actually mentioned why they have an H&C reason to stay. I have attached a case that shows how difficult it may be. Canada has a process to sponsor parents called PGP or they can return home reestablish themselves and apply for a TRV or supervisa.
