hello
my mom and dad only got 1 year visitor visa why they only received 1 year visitor.
it will easy or not when i apply again ?

IRCC often limits the validity of TRVs, particularly when it is a first TRV. It will be the same process when reapplying.

Usually validation is 10years or 1month before passport expires right ?

No. As I said, validity is often limited.
