Can anyone suggest me I want to apply visitor visa for Canada can I apply single or with my wife because I recently got married.i have one refusal as well my sister send me sponsor letter she got Canadian citizenship last month

Given your past overstay in the UK you will likely struggle to get a TRV. Your case is stronger if your wife stays at home since she creates more ties for you to return. Getting a visa will still be an uphill battle based on your overstay and haven’t considered your whole profile.
