Dear team,

My visitor visa got rejected and ban is there is for 5 years stating i cannot apply upto 5 years. but if i want i can reapply
Also they found my documents fraud which exactly not true.

let me know whether I can apply PR directly or not. and how to remove this ban i got rejection last year august end.

What do you mean by not “exactly” fraudulent? They have indisputable evidence of fraud before even rejecting anyone.

financial document as my documents were large n uploading size is small so due to compressing file it got very blurred and they thought it is fraud where actual case is

Did you respond to the PFL? You were given a period of time to respond the letter with an explanation or additional proof. If you didn’t, it’s too late and the ban has been applied. You could try to have them reconsider the application, but at this point it’s been a year since you were banned, chances are you will have to wait it out for another 4 years before you can apply.

Before ban we got a email for sending the documents once again in details so we did that and after that within 1 month it got rejected with this reason. And we did not applied or provide anything as at that my husband s result was pending and after 3 5 months it was rejected bt his rejection his rejection is very normal and not with ban. please provide me any solution to sort out this issue. with the help of any lawyer can we remove this ban?

The only solution now is to wait until the ban is removed. A lawyer is unlikely to be of any assistance now. Given you submitted additional information that was rejected, it seems IRCC wasn’t only concerned about “blurred” documents. You’re going to have to wait another 4 years.

Agree with this. IRCC does not ban for blurred documents. They will simply ask for a good copy. IRCC bans only when they can prove fraud.

but my documents are not fraud i can prove that bt i dont know how to do that please help us..
