How long she is allowed to stay will depend on the officer whom she meets at the port of entry. Generally, she would be allowed to stay for up to 6 months if there's no entry stamp or handwritten date in her passport.
She would then need to apply to extend her authorized stay about 30 days before her status expires if she intends to stay longer
