Hello Sir , Anvitha Here..

My Husband is on working Visa to Canada .. its been 8 Months now we tried to apply visa through Fragomen it got rejected for 2 times . reasons ..:

1. Travel History
2. Family Ties in Canada and in country of residence
3. purpose of visit
4. personal assets and finanacial status

his contract is for just a year it will expire in April'19
we consulted various Visa Immigration centre in town .. we did not get any correct response from any one ..
PLEASE suggest me , how can i apply visa to go Canada and accompany my husband..??!!!

1. what type of visa apply to me .? is it Visitor/Dependent/ can i apply for open work permit.?

shall i go through any gent.? or can i apply through online Canadian portal .

In which way i can get into Canada.?
what documents shold i produce .?

please suggest me every bit of information.

You're not applying for a spousal sponsorship or family class unless one of you or your husband is a Canadian citizen. So you're in the wrong forum, unfortunately.

Your husband has a visa to work in Canada? Try posting your question in the foreign worker forum. You could possibly qualify for a visitor visa.
