I have Canadian visitor visa for seven years. This year i stayed 8 months in Canada. Because i applied study permit. But i couldn't get it. After receiving my rejection letter, i left Canada within 7 days. Next year in january my cousin is going to engage. Can i enter again just for month. What should I do?

No i didn't. When i talked with CIC. They told if i apply for study permit inside od Canada i can wait application i can stay until i receive it.
