visitor visa work permit

Wish to know that while coming on visitor visa....would I be permitted to work. Even if I want to provide voluntarily services.
I belong to medical field (doctorate and post doctorate), having pharmacy background too along with post graduate in nutrition field.
Kindly suggest the ways to apply for availing the work permit.

The answer to both your threads:
You cannot work nor immigrate if you have a visitor visa/TRV. You will be violating the conditions of your TRV if you work illegally and you can be deported.

You would need to go through the licensing process before you can work in Canada.
