Visitor visa withdraw query

Hello guys,

I filled visitor visa application for my parents but submitted only father's application. So, now i raised webform to withdraw old application. To file a new application of parents together. Should i wait to get the old application withdraw successfully then apply new application or can i apply the new application right way. Also if i have to wait and the withdraw decision come after 30 days do i have to get all docs update like bank statement or pay stubbs.??

Should i wait to get the old application withdraw successfully then apply new application or can i apply the new application right way. Does not make sense to have multiple active applications. Withdrawal confirmation & effective update can take time. So wait it out

Also if i have to wait and the withdraw decision come after 30 days do i have to get all docs update like bank statement or pay stubbs.?? I did not understand this
