Visitor visa via IRCC portal vs. GC Key. How processing times differ?

Hi all;
Does anyone have an idea whether applying for a visitor visa via IRCC is faster than GC key? The IRCC portal seems down (probably due to the high volume of intakes), so if I apply for a TRV through GC key, is it taking the same time or longer?
Appreciate any comment.
