Good day, my sister in law has a valid visitor visa till November 2023. She was in canada for almost 2 years because of covid and the 2 extensions were approved and the 3rd extension had to be withdrawn because she went back home. What are the chances of having a positive decision on her new visa if she applies while the one she has is still valid ? She was approved initially while she was in high school but now has since graduated and not working or in school. Will they take in the fact that she was visiting canada while no longer a student and that she went back home before a decision has been made on her 3rd extension ? And hense not a risk of her overstaying illegally? Thank you
