You need a job offer and then employer pays $1k and files the LMIA proving no Canadian or PR can do the job. You wait for LMIA and if approved you apply for a closed work permit. The process is long.

Hi thanks for the quick info, if i get any job offer then will it be easy to ask LMIA, i thought immigration might ask that you entered in-country for visit purposes and now seeking job

LMIAs are not easy. Few employers will go through the process. Employers have to pay $1k and file paperwork and marekt assessment proving no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. You are coming to Canada to visit not work. You may not get a job offer or approved LMIA while visiting Canada. And even if you do you have to file for a closed work permit, and wait more months for processing.
