Visitor Visa Then Apply for Student Visa

Hi

I plan to go to CA as a tourist but while in CA and before the expiration of 6 months as tourist, I plan to apply for a Student Visa.

Would you know if there are higher chances for me to get approval while I am in Canada or should I apply outside Canada (Singapore)?

Better to apply from Singapore as you'll have easier access to proof of your ties, finances, and transcripts, if needed.
