Visitor visa still pending from 29th of April

Dear sir/madam,
Me and my family applied for touristic visitor visa from Sweden. We gave biometrics on the 29th of April. We intended to visit Canada for our holiday in July. Unfortunately we couldn't. Our visa application are still on process. 128 days have past. What should we do? We can not reach any entity to ask. I filled out a webform some weeks ago. I haven't got any answer to event that. Any suggestions?

The estimated processing days are 71. it has passed 128 days! I have already asked about it on the web-form 3 weeks ago. No answer
So I understand that there is nothing more to do, but just wait..
