Visitor Visa - Specific port of Entry

Hi everyone,
I applied for my brother's visa (from India) for my graduation and he got 10 year multiple entry visitor visa. He didn't come during my graduation but plans on visiting in October for 2 months. I live in Vancouver so does he have to land in Vancouver? He wishes to go visit our relatives in Calgary first. Does visitor visa come with a port of entry restriction? Please let me know.

If he has a multiple entry visa he can enter Canada at any POE without restriction . He will be assessed by CBSA as normal at first POE to decide how long he can stay so should still be clear about purpose of visit , how long staying and maybe how funding a 2 month stay.
