Visitor visa rejected

Hello Everyone,

I am a canadian citizen getting married on May 12, My best friend from Lebanon applied to come to the wedding.
His visitor visa got rejected on April 11 for the following reasons:

- Travel History .

He already traveled to thailand, Dubai and Turkey for vacations couple of times and mentioned it on his application.

- Puporse of visit.

we already included in his application, invitation letter filled and signed by me and a notary explaining that he will be attending my wedding on may 12 along with my wedding invitation card.

- Personal assests and financial status.

He did submit a bank statement for the last 12 months showing his monthly salary of 5000 USD along with a balance of 20000 USD in his account that has been there and not added last minute, a proof that he owns a house in Lebanon.

the following documents were submitted as well:

-A marriage certificate and proof that he has 2 kids and wife staying in lebanon.
-A signed document from his current employer, stating that he is an internal financial auditor for the past 5 years with the same company, vacation approval dates from May-5 till May-19 and that his salary is 5000 USD / month.
- Never had any criminel record.

I dont understant the reasons that he was rejected for giving that all of the 3 reasons do not make sense and all the documents prooving these reasons were already submitted with the application.

What do you think are the reasons for refusal?

Your help and opinions on the subject would be highly appreciated.

Best if you apply for GCMS notes on his behalf and then there will be clear picture and official reason why they refuse it because if they refused so there must be something which is suspicious so apply for it and then think for re apply traveling history is not sufficient but gcms notes will clear all doubts why they refuse on financial etc.. Good Luck

Thanks for replying, I will apply for GCMS notes.
Another question if you do not mind.
His brother is married, was a permanent resident in canada, he had immigration problems and still going on till now.
The brother neither his sister in law do not live in Canada anymore.
Might this be one of the reasons, immigration won't mention it on the refusal document!? Or what his brother had/has won't affect his application?
