Hi all,
After the visa for my aunt was rejected the first time on account of travel history and finances. I made sure my aunt's account had at least 20K CAD for 4-5 months. I also included a letter saying that since it was a newly issued passport, there was no way to get travel history on it. Then I also included strong family ties proof.
But again the visa has been rejected on the basis of same reasons.

Is there any consultancy or agent in New Delhi who can facilitate the process for us, and make sure it does not get rejected again.

Thanks

There is no agency that can guarantee your aunt will be approved. It's impossible to guarantee approval.

Does the 20K really belong to your aunt? If so, can she show the source of that money? (e.g. job, sale of a property) My guess is that CIC isn't convinced the money is really hers. Providng proof may help.

Saying that she has no travel history because she has a newly issued passport won't satisfy CIC and won't be accepted as an excuse. If she does have past travel history - can she prove this through either providing photocopies of old passports or old plane tickets? If she has no real travel history then you really have no way to overcome this reason for refusal.

The explanation about the passport won't be accepted because she could've shown her old passport with the travel history, or old tickets/boarding passes, if she doesn't have them, then there's not much you can do there.

As for the money, she was probably rejected because the $20K wasn't 100% her money, she must've borrowed from someone, or someone had deposited a large amount into her account.
