Hi,

My friend is going to travel to Canada for IVF procedure for egg donation for friends. She included a lot of documents (letter from clinic, letter from canadian lawyer, letter of intended parents, booking flights and accomodation, financial supporter...)

It was refused based on the next:
  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay "..." based on the purpose of your visit.
  • No documents to show private medical insurance provided. If you reapply, you must demosntrate that you have medical insurance in the event of complications.

Does anyone know if second reason is a subreason from first reason or is another different reason? first reason is a "Standar" reason, but the second was written by office manually, because there is an error in "Demosntrate". Perhaps If he/she say "If you reapply...", new application is approved only with medical insurance. Because purpose of visit is very proven. If purpose of visit is reason to refuse, it doesn't make sense they ask private medical insurance.

Any suggestion??

Thanks.
