Visitor visa refusal

Hi guys!

So!l, got my visa refusal today. Would appreciate if someone could advice how to improve application.
I am Ukrainian living in Finland. I travel extensively. Had 2 UK visas. Studied in Finland and currently have residence permit till 2023.

The refusal reasons are following

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and
financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary
resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.

Will appreciate any input.

They are referring to that you are in another country and not in your home country. That already shows a willingness to leave home country (Ukraine) and settle somewhere else. Just increases the chance of overstay in Canada in the decision makers eyes, it is a common refusal reason for people who do not live in the country of their passport.

Thank you for your reply. I understand this I was just wondering what could be done here?
I mean... I already live and work in a good country do they need to have more reasons for me to go back to Ukraine? Though why would If for nearly 4 years I live in Finland and have my life here....
