My visit visa has been refused. I apply visit visa to see my sister (siblings);she has been suffering from rectal cancer. I am residing in UK for last five years. it was my first application for Canada visa. i provide a letter from doctor. but my visa was refused in the ground that i might not come back from Canada. i think that decision was judgemental. what i can do now? i need to get visa to see my ill sister. I want legal advise from all of you here to resolve the issue .
thanks

You'll need to reapply and provide stronger evidence of your ties to the UK.

What evidence did you provide to show strong ties to the UK and prove you will return there once your visit has been completed? Can you show property ownership documentation or a rental agreement? Can you show proof of employment and a letter from your employer granting you leave? If you happen to be in school, can you show an enrollment letter from your school and proof that you have paid tuition for the next semester? If you have immediate family in the UK (spouse or children) and they are staying behind while you travel - did you show proof of this?
