Visitor Visa Refusal - Need to reapply

1. She can apply from your online account.

2. She must include copies of your work permit + your passport + your employment letter which states your work responsibilities + your recent payslips + your bank statement

3. She must prove she has at least some ties to India

@Bryanna - Kindly look for my concerns on points mentioned by you.
for point#1 I do not have any online account on cic as my company has applied WP-ICT on behalf of me.
For point#3 What are the things she can provide to show her ties to india.
She is not working now.Left her job 3months back.Also No land/real-estate on her name.Her mother/father is medically fit and fine.
She only has some fixed deposit on her name worth 11-12k CAD(6-7 lakh rupees).
