Hello

i am little bit confused i have applied visitor visa for canada in sep 2009 and got refused.Tht time i want to go to canada to meet my friend and spend my holidays.

Then in december 2009 my marriage was fixed with canadian girl daughter of my family friend which was performed in april 2010.
Now i have applied for PR in spouse class outland.

Does previous refusal will effect my pr application in anyway??

Please Do Reply because i am very nervous abt it.

No, lots of people apply for visit visas and are refused - in fact, most non-visa-exempt nationals who apply for visit visas after they are married to Canadians, or after they have applied for PR are refused. It will not adversely affect your PR processing, but they might consider the frequency of requests and the information you put in the request when they're assessing your "genuine" relationship.
