Visitor Visa + Primary Applicant

Hi,
I am applying for Canada Visitor visa for myself and my spouse and child. If the request is approved, is it is possible for the spouse and child to visit Canada without myself traveling first time or together. Due to some work commitments, I cant travel, but my spouse and child is thinking of visiting CA for a family function.

Is there any rule that says dependent applicants cant travel without primary for visitor visa?
