I am asking a question on behalf of my friend. One of my friends study got over in April 30 and he went to his home country without the knowledge that his visa got over on April 30. But he has study permit valid until August 30. So using that study permit, can he apply for a new TRV here in Canada ? Or is the only option available is to apply for a PGWP in Canada ? I hope you can give me a quick reply as my friend needs to make a quick decision.
