Visitor Visa - Paper Based

Hi,

I applied for Visitor Visa to Canada (Paper Based). Today I received SMS on my phone. Can some one please help in interpreting this messade:

"Your processed decision has been dispatched from the IRCC office and is on transit to the Canada Visa Application Centte in CVO-New Delhi"

your processing is complete and IRCC(where filing is done) and sent the decision on your file to VAC (where you did your paper filing). TO know the status either you would have to wait for the passport to reach you (Courier/self-pickup, whichever you opted for). Or you can link your file online to see the status.
