i got work permit for one year, if i want to call my wife here, should i apply for dependent visa or visitor visa ,, which option is gud ?

Dependent Visa is better as prospect of getting it is more and even she could work in Canada with open work permit.

We applied once before from Delhi VO and the application was refused and two reasons stated where 1. Current employment situation (my wife is a housewife = unemployed) 2. insufficient relationship proof (not sure why).
I've the same evidence with some pictures and a stronger Letter of Support and hoping for the best...
