Hello All,
I am a Permanent Resident of Canada from over a year now. I am getting married in February of next year and want my wife to travel along with me on visitor's visa for now and plan to apply for PR when she is in the country. She will be applying PR on her own, it will not be a dependent PR.
I want to start the visitor's visa process right now as it would take time and since we are not married as yet should I invite her as a friend to the country or should I ask one of my friends to provide the invitation letter declaring she is friends with them. Which option would work best for my situation. If I provide the invitation would it affect the PR processing in any way. Thank you !!
