Does anybody have the same case as me? I applied visitor visa for my mom, got approved and received passport request 7 days ago. But today I received an information letter saying the visa process is not yet concluded and do not submit passport until furhter notice. Is there possibilities that an approved application is turned to a refusal. Thank you
Updated: i raised a web form and got response from ircc in my home country that their system has some technical issues so do not submit the passport . Hopefully, it is just their internal technical issue
