Visitor Visa: Hotel Reservation

Hi,

I'm inviting my family to visit us during New Year holidays. And we are planning to visit Ottawa for 3 nights. I've reserved a hotel on MY NAME for 5 persons. I want to sent this reservation to visa office. But I'm concerned if the fact that reservation shows my name instead of visitors' name.

Can it cause any doubts or concerns to visa officer?

Include an invitation letter for your family. Mention and attach the hotel reservation there.

The officers are used to these kinds of arrangements, it makes sense for the Canadian resident to make the reservation anyway, just spell it out clearly for the officers that your family will be with you when they visit.
