I applied for Visitor Visa on 09 May 2025.
Given biometrics on 14 May 2025.
Got Passport Submission Request on 14 May 2025
Passport Submitted on 16 May 2025
Passport reached IRCC on 21 May 2025

Now, waiting for passport collection.
Passport is still at IRCC for processing. Already submitted two webforms for fast processing as I have to go to attend a Business Conference on 08 June 2025.
My flight is scheduled on 06 June 2015.

What should I do?

You never said where you applied from. Passport stamping can take up to 30 days depending on country. Nothing you can do because you sent it. Hopefully you get it this week.

You got incredibly fast processing for the TRV so not sure why you had booked a flight knowing the processing times. A conference is rarely a reason for needing last minute and urgent processing like for example a medical emergency since conferences are announced a long time in advance. IRCC is also often concerned about these types of applications since many try to use conferences as a way to gain entry into Canada. I hope you have proof that you attended similar conferences outside your home country, that your employer or the conference is paying for your travels, etc. which can still become an issue.
