Dear Members, Need your advise!!

I am planning to apply for visitor visa for my parents. For my mother I have some property documents that I can list in immovable assets in India. But for my father, he working on cash payment with a company and since long time he did not have PAN required for tax filing, he did not have any return filed so far. So he does not have IT return. I can still manage for company NOC and Salary slip but now getting IT return is problem. Is there any other way I can avoid using tax return? Or is it mandatory?
Kindly advise!

He don't need tax return. Just show his bank information and other assets.

Ok Great... I was under Impression that Tax Return is mandatory document. Anyway, I am submitting the company NOC letter and would be sponsoring their trip. Does it make any difference to show some tax proof?

Can someone please advise?

it doesn't harm to show it if you have it but its not the end of the world if you don't have

good luck !!!
