Hello Everyone,

Good Day. Me and my wife are planning to apply visitor visa for her parents and we are not certain about the below points. Requesting someone to assist us on this

1. My wife is unemployed and i'm working for an IT firm and we are sponsoring for them. Should i be the primary sponsor and her co-sponsor in this case ?
2. We are planning to apply for a stay of 3 and half months for them. Is this period too long to get rejected ? and what's the standard duration to apply for parents ?

Any other general suggestions and advices are also appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

There is no formal sponsorship. Parents show their own cash in the bank, ties to return, travel history and valid reason to travel. Coming for 3.5 months is way too long as it shows that they don't have any reason to go back home and funds are probably not enough. Wife can write letter of invitation and say that parents can afford their visit with included itinerary. Don't know how much cash they have in the bank but keep visit to 2-3 weeks.
