Visitor Visa for parents if my work permit is in extension

hi Team,

My work permit is expiring on 22nd jan and is already in extension and i should receive it soon.
Meanwhile, i want to apply for visitor visa for my parents and it requires my work permit.
Can i submit the current one which is expiring on 22nd jan and attach a letter with it that the extension in process?
Will they consider that?

Their visa will be approved or refused based on their profile, not yours.
