Visitor Visa for NYC - VAC now closed/moved so cannot get update?

Hi all,

I applied for my visa from the NYC VAC on the 16th of October, and completed biometrics on the 19th of October. I have not had any update since, and have not received request for passport either.

Since the 2nd of November, the VAC in NYC has changed and I am really struggling to get any sort of update on my visa from the application centre I applied to.

Does anyone know what I can do? Travelling to Canada at the end of the month.

If you don't have your visa yet, you're not necessarily travelling to Canada.

You can attempt to link your application online, I believe.

I take it you're not an American citizen or PR holder in the US?
