( I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.)

do not know what should i do now.

You should sponsor her for permanent residency. Generally speaking it's difficult to get a TRV approved if your spouse is Canadian since IRCC suspects the person has plans to remain in Canada long term and plans to use the TRV to move to Canada before spousal sponsorship.

Sorry to hear about your refusal. This doesn't seem like too much of a hard one to try again. If you only have the one refusal reason you simply need to prove your wife has a reason to go BACK HOME.

With you and your son hear in Canada you have to think about it from the visa officers point of view. The application submitted did not show that she has more reasons to go back home than to staying here with you and your son. So try and prove the opposite.

Good luck
