Visitor visa for my minor kids

Hi ,
I have got TRV OF CANADA(along with my husband). Now i want to apply for TRV for my minor kids. Which way is better online or through vfs.? Moreover do I have to fill representative form also. ?What should be written in their employment experience ?

You can act as your child's representative without any form if the child is minor because you are an official guardian. You can do the application yourself on behalf of your child.

I am stuck in choosing which type of visa to select for my baby , Visit-tourism or Visit other. my baby is 4 months old.

What is your child’s actual purpose of visit? Please select accordingly. If it is to travel with parents who are PR , you can select visit. Its may be approved or rejected or changed to TRP.

He should stay 6 months to be renewed, so I will choose visit, while filling other fields in Imm5257, it asks for the money indicated to his visit , ( I am not sure how much I should add, as he is coming alone with me ) also asking for a place or name who will visit during his stay, so I don’t know whom to add , cause both of us are still applying

You should include proof or you and your spouses savings. The child is accompanying you to Canada and not visiting anyone.

I did that in my financial prof, but he has a separate form to be filled, 5257 as visitor visa, so shall I add the whole amount of money in his form as well ? Also the name of the person or institute, shall I put the institute where I will be study in ?
