My friend in India wants to visit Canada for a week or two as he loves to travel. He has PR for Australia but currently staying in India because of his job commitments and next year will be moving to Australia. He has no intentions of staying here forever. He will definitely go back to his country. However, while applying for tourist visa, what could be the best reason he can mention in his application?

It would be best to include a detailed itinerary for this visit and to include strong ties to his home country. Also best if he keeps his trip request short (2 to 3 weeks).
