Visitor Visa for Mom and Brother Query

Greetings All,

I am a PR in Canada and have to apply for visitor visa for my mother and my brother, they live in India. My Dad is in Dubai and won't be coming to Canada. My mother does is a housewife and my brother is a grade 8 student in India. How do I proceed? Do I file it from my CIC account or do I create a new account for them?

They must have their own account to apply. You would probably want to create one for your mom and start the application that way, listing your brother as a dependent.
