Visitor visa for Canada

Hi,

My husband is in Canada and I am in India. We have already applied for PR, but so far no news yet though my medical examination was sent about 2 months back.

Could you please advice if I can apply for visitor visa during our PR application processing and if yes, what is the procedure for the same?

as your medical is already completed then it just about the time for waiting you will soon get the visa, you can always apply for visitor visa check the CIC website

Does someone please help me in knowing if we can apply for spouse visa/visitor visa if we have already applied for PR ?

Hi

No, the processing time for New Delhi has not increased to 24 months.

Yes, you can apply for a TRV. However, with a spousal PR app in process, the chances of it being granted are low. You would have to show very strong ties to India.
