Visitor visa for canada from usa with pending green card application . Overstayed in usa then applied for pr status as spouse of us citizen.

Hi i live in usa. I was overstayed before but now i am married to a us citizen and applying green card with my spouse. Usa law allows overstayed spouses to adjust to green card status. I have a work permit and advance parole which is kinda travel document to leave usa while green card is pending.
I plan to apply for canada visitor visa to meet my permanent residence brother in canada. Is it possible to apply for canada visitor visa from inside usa while green card is pending. While my past overstay in usa before applying pr affect my application for visitor visa.
Also in 2014 i was denied student visa because my course was not in line with my studies. I applied in 2014 canada student visa from my home country.

Would discourage leaving the US. No any guarantee you‘ll be able to return to the US. You will also struggle to get a TRV given your lack of permanent status in the US and not having following immigration laws. You can certainly try but would suggest waiting until you have a green card for all applications and travel.
