I have a Work Permit for 3 years and i live in Canada with both my Wife (who has a Open Work Permit), and my kid (he is 3 years old), but he has a Visitor visa expiring in the next 3 months.
How does he apply? As a regular Visitor visa extension?
If yes, they ask me to fill form imm5707e which says on its instructions:
"This Form mus be completed by:
- each person, 18 and older , or
- a minor (less than 18 years of age) traveling alone."
He doesnt fit on any of these cases. Should i still fill this form? And will it let me got ahead with the application if i dont submit this form?
Also even him being an infant, should he be the main applicant? I cant find this kind of information anywhere on the CIC website.
