So my visitors visa is almost up but as I dislocated my kneecap I've pretty much done nothing I planned to while I was here.

I was going to apply for an extension for another few months.

1. I have money (£20,000 I was left as an inheritance)

2. I have a place to stay

3. I have Marlies (hockey) season tickets I want to use

4. I also was offered a job and have an LMO application in place

5. I still have an appartment back home.

I know I have enough ties and will book a new return flight home but I was told that mentioning the LMO application could cause issues.

I don't really want to have to go home if I have a job here in 3 months time. I know I will be good this time as my first LMO application was rejected because the ad was ran 2 days too short and the salary was too low. That has been corrected and I'm still hands down the best applicant so I'm pretty confident.

Does anyone have any advice, should I mention the LMO or is the fact I have everything else in place enough.

Thanks in advance.

I would avoid mentioning the LMO.
