I have trouble to submit the online application for my extend visa. I tried over and over but kept said "Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated. and Error Description: We are unable to Validate your document at this time, please retry later." I have no idea what & where I did wrong. I try to email to Question@gic.ca but all they said that "Dear Client,

We verified the information you provided. Please note that the situation you described is caused by not having attached all required documents. When documents appear as Not Provided, you cannot continue with the application.
When completing your application, your responses to the questions determine which documents will be required. Once you are at Checklist of Required Documents stage of your application, the Supporting Documents section will indicate which documents are required. In order to comply, you must attach each document to your application.
Please note that if you need help to understand the terms used in the online application, you can click on the ? icon at the top of the screen and/or next to the name of each document in the document checklist.
If you do not wish to provide any optional documents, you must click on Remove document. That button is located in the Options column.
You should then be able to click on Next to go to the next page.
