Visitor Visa Expiring in Oct 2022 on expired passport

Hi All,
Need your experience and help regarding my mother in law travelling soon. Her passport has been renewed as of last week on which she has a valid canadian visa till Oct 2022. Can she travel in September 2022 with the visa or she needs to apply a new visitor visa for Canada. She has traveled Canada 2 times in the past for more than 4 months each time.

She should be able to travel, just bring the visa (old passport) and current passport. Source:

Thanks dear! But in my case, the passport is just expiring so we got it renewed it to make sure there is no issue at the border.
