I have applied for PR through Spousal Sponsorship (outland) for my wife. We're expecting the AOR anytime now and are preparing to apply for a visitor visa. I wanted to understand what needs to be included in a "Dual Intent" visitor visa so that this application is as comprehensive as possible. What exactly should we be including in the Invitation Letter, Letter of Intent, and supporting document and others in order to outline dual intent? Any advice or personal experience will be hugely helpful. Thank you in advance.
